Tips and Tricks

Abbreviations:

CV = Capital Vessel

SV = Small Vessel 

GV = Ground Vessel or Ground Vehicle 

BA = Base (planetary or orbital base)


How to build capital vessel / small vessel / ground vessel / base:

  • Before you begin set your cross hairs on where you would like your first blocks to be placed, they will align to where your cursor is pointed, So make sure there is enough room where you are pointing.
  • Press Esc -> press on respective symbol in upper bar -> first blocks of structure will be placed to where your cursor points
  • Now, you can attach other blocks to the existing block. Note that (SV), (GV) and (CV) have a “flight direction” and some blocks (e.g. cockpit, weapons) are automatically aligned according to the flight direction.
