Oxygen Tank Boost is a Booster for Armor. Oxygen Tank Boosters can only be applied to armor by inserting them into an available slot in the armor by using an Armor Locker (SV,HV) or Armor Locker (CV,BA). Oxygen Tank Boost cannot be crafted and must be found in a Point of Interest. As the name implies, it boosts Oxygen related stats while causing other stats to drop.
As of version 1.8 Boosters can be applied to Light Armor without an Armor Locker .
