These Lights are used on Bases and Capital Vessels.
Their Intensity, Range, Blink Frequency, Blink Length, Blink Delay, Spotlight Mode, and Spot Angle can be adjusted in the HV or SV Control Panel (P by default).
The Lights variants can be displayed by clicking the RMB (Right Mouse Button).
