Hover Vessel Starter is the primary block start a new Hover Vessel. It can be placed anywhere except space. It wont attach to the surface where it placed, thus it can roll over or slide down if placed on hillside and will sink if placed over water. It occupy 3x3 block (1/4 block) when placed. It will have a Core in the middle with 8 link= Hull Block (Grey)}} Hull Block (Grey) surrounds it and a Hover Engine at the bottom. It take Hover Vessel (HV) as name by default when placed which can be change later in the base menu (accessible by default key P). It shows a ghost box when held in hand (in hotbar).The ghost box turn red if in the space and turn blue when have a surface underneath it.It can be placed when the ghost box turned blue by left clicking. It will show error message You cannot place this in space at the top right hand corner of the window if player L-click while the ghost box is red. It was formally known as Ground Vessel Starter
