Hover Vessel often abbreviate as HVis the most basic transport vessel of Empyrion: Galactic Survival. It hover at max 3.0 meter distance from the ground and can jump a short distance using boost (shift+space <default>). It cannot leave planet on it's own but can be docked with Capital Vessel and leave the planet with it.

Hover Engine (comes with the starter block)- Cockpit
RCS (HV)- Generator
- Fuel Tank
- Thrusters (directional of normal)

Uses
- Components for hover vessel can be unlocked at early levels, so it is very useful for exploring the planet at early stage.
- HV consume very little fuel which make it ideal for early game exploring when fuel is scarce.
- Though HV does not have many Vessel Mounted Weapons, it has good selection of automatic turrets which help defending the vessel during mining or alien base raiding from drones and aliens and give a advantage over Small Vessel using in such scenarios.
