The Capital Vessel Starter is the primary block to start a new Capital Vessel. It can be placed in space and plate surface. It occupies a 3x3 block (1/2 block) when placed. It will have a Core in the middle with 8 Steel Blocks L surrounding it and a cockpit. It will have Capital Vessel(CV) as its name by default when placed which can be changed later in the base menu (accessible by default using key P). It shows a ghost box when held in hand (in hotbar). The ghost box turns red if the placement is unsuitable and turns blue if the placement is suitable (left click by default to actually place the starter box).
